Kathy Griffin to Host the Schemmys!

Two time Emmy winner, Kathy Griffin has been asked to host the 2009 Creative Arts Emmys or as she calls it the Schemmys. In the past two years she's given some pretty memorable acceptance speeches such as telling Jesus to suck it among other antics.

But now she is ready for the big time! The show's prodcuers Spike Jones Jr. says: "We're thrilled as Kathy's the first Emmy winner to host the Creative Arts show. She stole the show the last two years, so now, we're giving her the opportunity to officially hijack it. We're all very, very excited. And just a little bit scared."

I would be scared too! This will be more exciting than the actual Emmy's! It will air on E! in a two hour special.
